Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Toolbox Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Toolbox Pro is a utility application that provides various tools including calculators, converters, image processors, and other productivity features.
Subscription Terms
Free and Premium Features
- Some features are available for free
- Premium features require a paid subscription
- Premium features are marked with a "PRO" badge in the App
Subscription Plans
- Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly
- Yearly Subscription: Billed annually at a discounted rate
Free Trial
- New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial
- You will not be charged during the trial period
- Your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial unless cancelled
Billing
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase
Price Changes
Prices may change with notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new prices.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Use the App to infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- Distribute, sell, or sublicense the App
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Am7 Interactive Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy of results
We do not warrant that:
- The App will meet your requirements
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL AM7 INTERACTIVE INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to use) the App
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Am7 Interactive Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For consumers in the European Union, any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident shall apply.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

EU Consumer Rights (Digital Content)
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
How to exercise your right:
- Contact us at support@am7code.work with your purchase receipt
- Include your Apple ID transaction ID
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- Once you have started downloading or streaming the digital content, you lose the right of withdrawal if you have expressly consented to the immediate performance and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal
- This applies to subscription services once the service has been fully performed
Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period
Price and Payment
- All prices include applicable VAT
- Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your App Store region
- Payment is processed by Apple; we do not have access to your payment details
Legal Compliance
These Terms comply with:
- EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)
- Digital Content Directive (2019/770/EU)
- Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC)
Apple-Specific Terms
App Store Terms
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you.
Maintenance and Support
Am7 Interactive Inc. is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App.
These Terms of Service are effective as of February 2026.
